All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@shanesebeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims reported after 3 days will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shanese Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. If you need help locating your package, email us and we’ll guide you through next steps.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Please review pre-order timelines before purchasing.
