Processing & Fulfillment Time
- In-stock items: Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Pre-orders: Orders marked as pre-order are processed and fulfilled within 10–21 business days.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees once your package arrives in your country. These costs vary by location and are the responsibility of the customer, as they are not included in Shanese Beauty’s product or shipping prices.
Order Tracking
A Shipping Confirmation Email will be automatically sent once your order has shipped— within your designed fulfillment window—and will include all relevant tracking details, including your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier has scanned your package into their system.
Delivery Issues
Shanese Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. Then reach out to us at support@shanesebeauty.com with your order number so we can help guide you through next steps.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Shanese Beauty is not liable for shipments delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize there’s an address error, contact us immediately at support@shanesebeauty.com — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.
